- Respect other members, ride leaders, and the general public
- Participate in activities at your own risk and within your skill level

Safety and Risk Acknowledgment
Cycling activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Risk of collision with vehicles, other cyclists, or obstacles
- Risk of falls and mechanical failures
- Weather-related risks
- Terrain and road condition hazards
By participating in club activities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility.
Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to our code of conduct:
- Treat all members with respect and courtesy
- Follow ride leader instructions during group rides
- Maintain appropriate language and behavior
- Respect private property and environmental conservation
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to club leadership
- Refrain from behavior that could endanger yourself or others
Membership Fees and Payments
Membership fees are due according to your selected payment plan. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership. Refunds are available according to our refund policy, which may vary based on circumstances and timing of cancellation.
Event Participation
Event participation is subject to the following conditions:
- Registration may be required for certain events
- Events may be cancelled due to weather or safety concerns
- Additional fees may apply for special events or trips
- Participants must meet minimum skill requirements for certain rides
- The club reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Celvaron Cycling Club and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Privacy and Photography
By participating in club activities, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included in photographs, please inform the ride leader.
Termination of Membership
The club reserves the right to terminate membership for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Unsafe behavior during club activities
- Non-payment of membership fees
- Conduct detrimental to the club or its members
Members may also terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to club leadership.
Limitation of Liability
Celvaron Cycling Club, its officers, and volunteers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during club activities. Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celvaron Cycling Club from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in club activities or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
